Ingredients:
- Besan/Kadalai Mavu/Chickpea Flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 3/4 cup (powdered)
- Ghee (Clarified butter) - 1/2 cup
- Almonds / Cashews - Few (chopped)
- Cardamom Powder- 1 tsp
Method:
- Add besan and ghee in a microwave safe bowl and set for 2 minutes interval up to 5 or 7 minutes ( Keep checking and stirring after every 2 minutes)
- When the aroma comes, remove from heat and cool.
- Add the powdered sugar to it and mix well.
- Add the almonds and shape the mixture into balls using a tsp of milk
